Sonali heads the Alternative Format Publications at NextSense, steering the unit towards production of new formats, setting standards and improving the range and accessibility of materials produced.
Sonali was invited by UNICEF to be a part of an global expert panel for creating guidelines on accessible digital textbooks in Washington DC. Sonali is a partner investigator in a research project with Monash University titled: “Using 3D Printing to Improve Access to Graphics by Vision Impaired People”.

Nigel is Head of Technology and Accessibility at Blind Low Vision NZ. He has been at the forefront of advocating for universal information accessibility. With his innovative thinking and boundless empathy, Nigel has pioneered strategies that ease access struggles faced by people who are blind, deafblind, or have low vision. Nigel recently reflected that in a world where knowledge is power, ensuring that information is accessible to all is the ultimate empowerment.

Agata is Publishing Manager at Sydney University Press (SUP) and Honorary Associate in the Department of Media and Communications, University of Sydney. Agata has published on the impact of digital technologies and new business models on scholarly communication and the book publishing industry in general. She is also interested in accessibility, design thinking and open access. She has been involved in the Australian Inclusive Publishing Initiative since 2018 and led the implementation of accessible publishing practices at SUP.

Sondra has extensive personal and professional knowledge of print disability issues acquired through lived experience of vision disability and undertaking numerous paid and voluntary roles. Through her contact with various peak consumer and professional bodies in the disability arena, she continues to play an active role as a change agent to ensure the right to accessible information for people with print disabilities is upheld.

Jane is the Production Manager for the Accessible Format Team at Vision Australia, a role she has been in for over 20 years. She is an experienced operations manager with a passion for improving access to information for people with print disabilities.
When she is not being an Uber driver for her two teenage children, Jane enjoys reading, baking, playing tennis, hanging out with the family dog, and spending time in the garden. She is also a trained florist and loves to create arrangements for family and friends.

Marjorie joined Round Table in 2016. At the time she was working as Executive Assistant to Neil Jarvis at the Blind Foundation in New Zealand. Marjorie continues to work at Blind Low Vision NZ (formerly Blind Foundation), now as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive. Marjorie met her kiwi husband in London and has 2 children who she loves to travel with.
